1. Introduction

Welcome to RJ Car Rentals. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our car rental services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from RJ Car Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Provide a valid credit card in your name
• Have a clean driving record

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time specified in your rental agreement and continues until the vehicle is returned to our designated location.

4. Vehicle Use

Rented vehicles may not be used for:

• Transporting hazardous materials
• Racing or competition
• Towing or pushing
• Transporting passengers for hire
• Driving on unpaved roads

5. Payment and Fees

You agree to pay:

• The rental rate for the selected vehicle
• All applicable taxes and fees
• Fuel charges if vehicle is not returned with a full tank
• Any traffic or parking violations incurred during the rental period
• Cleaning fees if vehicle is returned excessively dirty

6. Insurance

RJ Car Rentals provides basic liability coverage. Additional coverage options are available at the time of rental. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance.

7. Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned:

• On the date and time specified in your rental agreement
• To the designated return location
• With a full tank of fuel
• In the same condition as when rented

8. Cancellations and Modifications

Reservations may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Smoke in any rental vehicle
• Transport pets without prior approval
• Use the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Operate the vehicle outside authorized territories

10. Liability

RJ Car Rentals is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Cotabato.
